Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk (I also use 2% milk)
Preparation
    Cream margarine; gradually add sugar.
    Cream well.
    Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients.
    To this mixture, add bananas and milk.
    Pour into a well-greased bread pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves.
    If using the smaller pans, watch time.
    When tester comes out clean, bread is done.
