Spaghetti Sauce For 80 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. ground beef
2 c. minced onion
1 c. minced green pepper
1/2 lb. butter
1 (No. 10) can tomato sauce
1 (No. 10) can tomato puree
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. oregano or Italian seasoning
1/2 c. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

In large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in 1/2 pound butter until tender clear.
Add crumbled ground beef.
Cook until done and browned.
Drain well.
While beef is cooking, combine rest of ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Add drained meat mixture. Simmer gently for 2 hours.
Quick cool in ice bath.
Refrigerate overnight.
Skim solidified fat from top before reheating.
Use tomato juice to thin if needed.
