Chocolate Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation

Mix flour, spice, soda, salt and baking powder.
Beat sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl.
Beat in pumpkin and 1/3 cup water. Stir in flour mixture, then chocolate chips and nuts.
Scrape into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Turn out on wire rack and cool completely. Freezes well.
