Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut carrots crosswise and cook until tender.
Melt half of the margarine and cheese and stir together.
Put carrots in casserole dish and cover with cheese mixture.
Crumble crackers and mix with the other half stick of margarine.
Sprinkle on carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
