Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together, including sugar, into bowl. Make a well and add other ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Add nuts.
Pour into 3 medium size greased and floured loaf pans or 1 loaf pan and 1 (9 to 10-inch) angel food pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until done in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from pan and place on rack to cool.
