Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or 2 sticks margarine
1 c. oil
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Mix butter, oil, confectioners sugar and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, flour, vanilla, soda, salt and cream of tartar. Roll in balls and press in pan with sugar covered glass.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
