Spinach In A Bread Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves round pumpernickel or rye
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
    2 tsp. fresh minced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread.
    Cut circle in top of one loaf of bread; hollow it out.
    Put filling inside.
    Cut remaining loaf into cubes.
    Serve with small knife.
