Quick And Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope chili seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. instant onion soup mix
    shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    sour cream (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in Dutch oven, stirring until it crumbles; drain. Add beans and next 5 ingredients to beef in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle chili into bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and dollop with sour cream, if used.
