Tasty Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    5 Tbsp. canning salt
    5 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 or 4 green peppers, chopped
    1 red sweet pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over ground zucchini and onion.
    Let stand overnight; drain.
    Rinse with water; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer 30 minutes. Put relish in 7 or 8 sterilized pint jars; seal.
