Chocolate Cinnamon Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Turn into a greased 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
