Mary'S Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut
    1 c. small marshmallows
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk (2% or skim)
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Place rhubarb, marshmallows and 1 cup sugar in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan, greased.
    Beat 1 cup sugar and shortening together.
    Combine eggs, milk, flour and baking powder with shortening-sugar mixture.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
