Danish Cookies #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. lard
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cream butter and lard.
    Add sugar and cream together thoroughly.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients and sift in a little at a time.
    Roll into small balls and flatten with fork. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until slightly brown.
    Makes 48 cookies.
