Grandma'S Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. molasses
2/3 c. hot coffee
7 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. ginger

Preparation

Mix sugar, Crisco and eggs.
Add molasses and coffee.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Chill.
Roll and bake in 375\u00b0 oven.
