Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 c. zucchini (can substitute broccoli)
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a buttered pie plate (12 inches) or an oblong dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/4-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
