Homemade Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. flour
    1/3 c. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    With pastry blender, cut in shortening until mix resembles coarse crumbs.
    Store in covered airtight container for up to 6 weeks.
