Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1 tsp. soda
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. grated zucchini (do not use seeds or pulp)
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, oil and lemon rind until creamy.
    Add extract and dry ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Add zucchini and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
