Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar and oil.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in water.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and cloves.
    Stir into egg mixture.
    Mix in pumpkin and pecans.
    Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans (9 x 5-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
