Onion Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
3 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. minced dried onion
2 Tbsp. dill seed or dill weed (I use 1 Tbsp. seed and 1 Tbsp. weed)
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together yeast, flour, baking soda, salt and egg.
In separate pan, mix together warm water, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, onion, dill and butter.
Mix together dry and wet mixtures. Knead dough on floured surface until elastic (10 to 15 minutes). Put dough into lightly greased bowl and grease top lightly.
Cover bowl with clean cloth.
Let rise until doubled (about 1 1/2 hours).
