Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef chuck steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. green pepper, cut squares
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
    Add meat.
    Let set. Heat oil in large frying pan and brown meat.
    If not tender, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes at low heat. Turn heat up and add veggies. Cook about 10 minutes.
