Carrot Shreds In Bourbon And Brown Sugar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    salted water
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. bourbon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Blanch carrots in salted boiling water for 1 minute.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Remove from water and rinse in cold water.
