Banana Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 to 6 ripe bananas, peeled
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine crumbs and sugar.
Cut bananas in half lengthwise and dip in orange juice.
Roll banana in crumb mixture.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet; dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
