Chocolate No-Bake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    3 c. Quick cooking oats
Preparation
    Measure the vanilla, peanut butter and oats; set aside.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a heavy 4-quart saucepan.
    Cook and stir on high.
    As soon as the mixture boils, set a timer for 1 minute.
    Boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in the last 3 ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper.
    Let cool.
    Yields 20 cookies, 200 calories each.
