Shirley'S Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. grated carrots
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugars, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir together in another bowl carrots, oil, water, eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir well. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
