Nectarine Quick Cake(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 fresh nectarines
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Halve nectarines, pit and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Set aside. Combine Bisquick, milk, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, cooking oil and egg.
    Beat for 30 seconds.
    Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Arrange nectarine slices in rows on top of batter. Pour melted butter over fruit.
    Combine the 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over nectarines.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
