Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pizza dough, flattened
    2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 lb. Ricotta
    2 pre-boiled, hot Italian sausages, crumbled or pepperoni
    1 to 2 tsp. basil
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 pkg. drained and chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 slices Provolone cheese (optional)
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Spread flattened dough with the ingredients.
    Roll up and pinch edges.
    Rub with olive oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
