Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1 can chopped green chili peppers
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef, onions, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add Cheddar cheese and 1/2 of chilies to meat.
    Set aside.
    Heat together soup, American cheese, milk and remaining green chilies. Roll meat mixture into tortillas and place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour sauce over tortillas and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
