Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until well beaten, add sugar and crisco, beat until creamy. Add vanilla and dry ingredients, beat till well mixed. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet; sprinkle sugar on top of each one. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 min.
Remove with spatula, cool completely before storing.
Yield 40 cookies.
