Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
    3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk and mix well.
    Sift into this the meal, salt and baking powder.
    Add boiling water and beat thoroughly. Pour mixture into hot pan and bake at 450\u00b0 until very brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
