American Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 lb. sausage
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans water
1 c. regular rice
1 large can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Form sausage into small balls and brown.
Saute celery and onions.
Mix together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
