Mexican Chocolate Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl combine brown sugar and butter.
    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy.
    Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
    Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
    Reduce speed to low.
