Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    pinch of thyme
    black pepper to taste
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp
    2 c. rice (instant)
    1 small can crab meat
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in small amount of oil until soft.
    Add can of stewed tomatoes, bouillon, water, 1 bay leaf, rice and shrimp. Cook briskly for 20 minutes, then add crab meat and black pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
