Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini, peeled
    6 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
    3 small pkg. Jell-O (cherry or any flavor desired)
Preparation
    Boil zucchini and sugar hard for 6 minutes.
    Add pineapple and lemon juice; boil 6 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Put in sterile jars and seal.
    Makes 11 to 12 (8 ounce) jars.
