Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Blend in flour. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Spread into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
Shut oven off. Immediately sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over top; place back in oven until chips are shiny.
Spread them evenly over top.
Cool completely before cutting.
