Blender Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 stick margarine or butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. self-leveling flour
Preparation
    Mix all together in blender and then pour into 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
