Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. currants, raisins or nuts
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Set oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients one at a time. Mix or beat well after each addition. Pour into pans and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 2 loaves.
