Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1/2 stick butter or margarine
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Mash with butter, sour cream, onion flakes, parsley, salt and pepper.
Place into greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
