Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. zucchini, peeled
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs until creamy.
    Add oil.
    Add dry ingredients and zucchini (chopped medium to fine).
    Pour into two 5 x 9-inch greased bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If you use glass pans, bake at 325\u00b0.
    You may add raisins and nuts to taste.
