"Mother-In-Law" Linguia Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 to 3/4 lb. sliced roast beef
2 loaves Italian bread dough (frozen)
1 pkg. linguia
olive oil
chopped parsley
salt
pepper
Preparation

Let dough sit overnight on greased pan until risen.
Spread one loaf of dough out on a greased cookie sheet right to the edge. Peel casing off of linguia and cut in thin slices.
Lay on top of dough until covered.
Lay slices of roast beef over linguia. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
Drizzle small amount of olive oil on top.
(Moisten fingers with water and dampen edges of dough around pan, pulling to edges of pan.)
Spread out remaining loaf of dough and lay out on top.
Pull to edges and pinch together.
Spread crust with melted butter or margarine. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
