Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. grated raw zucchini, blotted on paper toweling
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Gradually beat in the sugar and beat thoroughly.
Stir in oil and mix until blended.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Gradually blend dry ingredients into egg, sugar and oil mixture.
Fold in the drained pineapple, walnuts and zucchini.
Pour into well-greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool in pan.
Remove.
Cool.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
