Chinese Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 chicken breasts, deboned
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine dry gelatin, garlic salt, mustard and margarine.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture evenly in ovenproof baking dish.
    Place chicken in single layer over gelatin mixture, turning to coat both sides.
    Cover baking dish.
