Pecan Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. fine crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend well sugar, oleo and vanilla.
    Add crushed chips, nutmeats and flour.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
    Form a ball of dough and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until edges of cookie are light brown.
    Great flavor.
    (Can use stale potato chips.)
