Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Store in covered bowl in the refrigerator.
    Will stay good for up to 2 weeks.
    When ready to use, roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until done.
    Makes 20 to 24 biscuits. Really good!
