City Folks Cracklin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 (2 oz.) bag pork skins, crumbled
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add buttermilk to make a thin batter.
    Pour into an oiled iron skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until browned.
