Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2-1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add mashed bananas, and beat well. Mix
    eggs, flour, soda, and 1 tablespoon water.
    Add to first mixture and mix well.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    Mix.
    Turn into well greased pan and cook at 350\u00b0.\tIf a large pan is used, bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake 1 hour for 2 small pans.
    Delicious if toasted in oven as well as eaten cold.
    Freezes nicely.
