Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar or 1 c.
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: salt, soda, allspice, baking powder and cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. each: cloves and nutmeg
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat together first 4 ingredients.
    Combine and add the next 6 ingredients; then add zucchini and well drained pineapple.
    Mix well and add 1 cup chopped nuts, and 1 cup raisins (optional). Divide into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
