No Roll Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. oleo, softened
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat sugars and oleo until light and fluffy.
    Add oil, vanilla and eggs; blend well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for easier handling.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased sheet.
    Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until set, but not browned.
    Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Yield: 9 to 10 dozen.
