Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated, unpared zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles about 2 x 1-inch. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers.
    Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
