Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and form small meatballs (about the size of a walnut).
    Place meatballs on greased cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Drain grease.
    In a saucepan, blend flour with tomato juice.
    Add barbecue sauce and water. Stir over low heat until slightly thickened.
    Pour over drained meatballs and continue baking for 12 to 15 minutes.
