Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
dash of salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Cream margarine until soft and smooth.
Slowly add brown sugar and white sugar.
Add peanut butter and continue creaming until fluffy.
Add egg and stir until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls the size of a walnut and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
