Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (3 1/2 c.) confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together in 1 1/2-quart casserole or Pyrex dish until partially blended.
    Put butter over top in center of dish.
    Place in microwave and cook about 2 minutes.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into buttered pan. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares.
